By downloading, installing, or using Life Admin AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Life Admin AI offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Here's how billing works:
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store, Google Play, or your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies. For purchases made directly through Life Admin AI, contact us at support@simplifyai-app.com within 14 days of purchase.
Restore Purchases
If you've previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Life Admin AI and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Life Admin AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data is yours. We don't claim ownership over any content, documents, or information you add to the app. You retain full ownership of your personal data.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Admin AI and its team shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to provide a reliable, always-available service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Life Admin AI. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience unexpected downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support. We will process account deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. We will notify you where legally permissible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Life Admin AI operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes in-app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
